A30 Firefly - Brandnew
Firefly is the selective soldering solution that has been developed to satisfy the ever growing need of modern electronics manufacturing for maximum flexibility, and to address the particular problems related to the introduction of the new lead-free alloys.

The high level of energy supplied by the laser, its precise targeting and the accurate temperature control enable highly efficient soldering on any kind of board, using both lead-free alloys and SnPb.
Each through-hole component can be soldered without the use of dedicated, often expensive protective masks, and the formation of the solder joint the nearby components and the substrates are completely unaffected by the thermal process.
Soldering is executed from the bottom side of the board, so there is no need to flip it over before soldering.
Firefly A30 can also be delivered as Versatile In-Line-System :
A30 Firefly can be programmed in two different ways:
- Manually: in a learning mode using the integrated ccd mcamera
- Automatically: importing one or more CAD data files of the board that has to be soldered.
S40 Pilot LX Flying Probe Test Platform
The S40 Pilot LX builds on the successful S40 family of flying probe test solutions, using four mobile, independent test probes to perform complete in-circuit and functional tests on any type of electronic board without having to build fixtures or mechanical adapters. The capability to access the pins of SMD components directly adds a high level of flexibility guaranteed by the complete modular hardware/software architecture. The S40 Pilot LX is the alternative to a traditional bed of nails type system. The S40 Pilot LX also provides additional tools to increase test coverage, to shorten the test program generation time, and guarantees the best solution for the testing of prototypes and small production runs.
