The VT-WIN-II line includes the top technologies of the Omron lines. The software and the hardware are optimized to satisfies the production time required.
The 8 magnifications of the camera, from 10 to 50 microns, can combine accuracy and speed on the same inspection program. Using specific lens and mirrors, the angle view allows to cover all the possible needs in the inspection.

Patented “Color highlight Technology” is included, as for all the Omron systems. The dome illumination and the 16 million colors inspection (RGB) minimize the shadow influence: the color is always visible, even if in a dark position.

The complete creation and fine tune of the programs is made on the Remote Teaching Station, using the images collected from the machine. The line stop is reduced to the minimum time to acquire the images for the new program.
The use of libraries and the import of the placement information makes the creation of the programs more and more faster.

Information Analysis Tool provide a detailed investigation on the production defects, allowing to control the machine operatively and the repair status of the PCBs (from Repair Station PCs) and the programming time for each inspection program.

Two sizes are available: 'M' size, with inspection area 250mm x 333mm or “L” size, that will accept PCB of 510 mm x 460 mm.
